I am blown away by the price point on this item.

In our house dust mites cause our youngest to have asthma Attucks and become very poorly. For thirteen years now I have used every steamer you can shake a stick at both expensive and cheap as it's been a necessity not a luxury.

Polti and Kartcher were my go to favourites giving high level performance even when the reservoir was nearly empty. They are well made and reliable and believe me the hammering mine get they have to be reliable.

Anyway to this little beauty, and I do mean little, this is a neat well made compact gem on wheels. It's tools are on board so u can carry them with u at all times and the pressure you get in steam is as good as it's bigger better more expensive models.

With an onboard carrying strap I have taken this out to the car and steamed all my seats and mats make it a clean safe place for my son. I've done his mattress and cleaned the bathroom and kitchen. The steam element heats up quickly and allows for a good amount of work before you need to refill and I am to say the least very pleased and most impressed with this item.

The onboard tools used to be available at additional cost years ago but these come as standard which is brilliant.

In a day and age when we are encouraged to do our bit for the environment this beauty ticks those boxes.
For those of you out there as well these are great for steaming clothing, they steam away smells from clothing, they breath life into suits and winter clothing and can remove the most stubborn marks and creases.

I would give this ten stars if I could it truly is a wonderful machine. It will save you a fortune in cleaning products and if you use it right on dry cleaning costs too.

Would I recommend, Yes.......go on you know it makes sense.

I have now been using this item for over six weeks. My five star review has been downgraded somewhat. I still use daily I still love using it but it seems to have developed a love of shooting red hot water in volcanic spurts every now and again till it heats up thoroughly. As I know it has started doing this I make sure to keep handle locked off when in use and to use away from others for the first five ten minutes until water lying in handle has been evacuated.

It still does marvellous job on my vinyl floors, guts my bathroom and wafts away whiffs from clothing but not at all the amazing wonderful machine I started off using its become a little like myself a little flakey. Once the pipes have cleared its very well behaved, I tend to shot the water down sink plug hole. Once cleared its fine though

Love this little steamer

Love this little steamer, I am a steam mop convert and find this so versatile, easy to use and good power from a small machine, always disappointed when the steam runs out and have to wait for some time before I can refill but hey ho that's a safety feature, I like the fact all the attachments are contained in the base. I was initially put off by some reports about the water running from the hose at the start of steaming I have seen this but it is just for a few seconds before the full pressure of the steam come through, I don't see that as a fault but a part of the warm up process. All in all very happy with this steamer.

Useful all over the house, and outside!

What I like about this Steam Cleaner is the portability of it, I can carry it from room to room either by using the shoulder strap or just the handle.
The base is on wheels keeping the heat from steamer away from other surfaces and all the accessories are stored on board, easy to keep together. There are plenty of attachments, brushes, nozzles, extension pipes and heads for cleaning glass and floors, you also get cloth sock covers.
The instructions give a guide to everything that`s included in the box as well as step by step walk through on getting started, there is a measured jug and funnel for easy filling. Getting it all set up takes about ten minutes, heat up takes about five minutes after switch on.
If you`ve never had a steam cleaner before you will be very impressed by the number of uses this has, from sanitising mattresses to defrosting freezers. I bought a Morphy Richards Grime Buster 14 years ago and use it regularly, it is more powerful than this but is also more cumbersome to get set up and cost double the price.
What I do not like about this steamer is the way it squirts water before the steam actually gets through, best to make sure you test it over a bowl or basin at first. I have cleaned my entire bathroom today with my Polti, from wall tiles to floor covering everything is spotless with no detergents or bleach involved. It would be ideal to take outside for windows or paintwork, in fact I have been known to steam plants in the garden using a gentle steam action. This one has a dial for changing the strength of steam you want to use, great for nursery equipment as well. Alloy wheels on cars also come up nicely after a few minutes of cleaning.
If I had never had a steamer before I would probably have given this 5 stars, but with something to compare it with I still think it is worth four and do recommend it.
