  I am under going a long renovation and constantly under siege from dust, plaster and rubble - this coupled with dog hair from two huskies has meant the floors look very well utilised!
  
  My hoover keeps up with all the dust but the floors had stopped looking "clean" no matter how much I mopped with a conventional mop. A friends had raved about steam mops, so I ordered one and when it arrived wasn't dissapointed. Without any detergent the floors have come up really well and its very fast. I only really wanted it for the floor but as it only took about 10 minutes to do the entire ground floor I decided to try a few of the attachments - the grout cleaner is pretty good!
  
  For the price you really can't go wrong!

  Firstly, I'm still in a daze at how quickly it arrived. Less than 24 hours after ordering! I live on a Scottish island, so believe me, that's never been heard of! Very happy with mop over all. Very easy to fit together straight from box. Used it on kitchen floor and had great results. Like the steam control function. My dead mop didn't have this advantage. I then used it to clean my leather sofa using one of the included gadgets. I have to say I'm pretty amazed at the amount of dirt that came off and how quickly and easily. Only arrived today so I haven't tackled any other tasks yet, but so far it's pretty impressive. Feels quite sturdy too. Big thumbs up.

  I was lucky enough to receive this product free of charge or at a discount so I could review it and give you an honest and unbiased review to help you make the right choice whether this is the right product for you. The item came well packaged with no damage in transit.
  The steamer was easy to assemble. The instructions are clear and explained all the different tools and functions.
  I had the item assembled, filled and ready to go within 15 mins.
  The steamer once turned on was ready to go within the time specified within the documentation. I used it to mop the kitchen floor. Very light and easy to use. Floor came up nice. The steamer cloth was very dirty, however washed well and did not loose its shape.
  I have also used the hand held function to clean my sofa. It was light and easy to use. I did not have to refill during the cleaning. It to came up well. If you are doing bigger jobs it may need a refill.
