Better than expected! H2O Mop X5 5 in 1 Portable Steam Mop Multi Purpose Floor & Window Cleaner Carpet Steamer

Steam power  Never used a steam mop before but this one does all that is expected of.it. Great for wood flooring and tiles. A use on the freezer made sharp work of ice whcih had probably been hidden in those awkward nooks and crannies for months. The capacity of the water tank was small which lead to frequent refills but apart from that an excellent buy.

A good buy  Have used this a few times now and have to say so far it's good I have very shiny tiles in my hallway and they show up every mark as my front doors are all glass my ordinary flat mop left smears and marks which looked bad the steam mop however left my hallway sparkling and shiny with no marks I dropped a star because it only came with one cloth for the floor so you have to buy more or wash out the one every time you use it

Quality Steam Mop
This works very well. The assembly instructions are easy and quick to follow and it is easy to store. The most important thing to remember is to make sure there is enough water in the reservoir to cover the small brass ended pipe (not sure what this is called). Not cheap, but a quality product which does the job of floor cleaning quickly and efficiently without the use of chemicals. I'm very pleased with it.

Expected a bit more from the power nozzle, didn't do much to the mould in my bathroom grout. However it's an easy product to use and I find it great peace of mind to know my floors/furniture and carpets are really clean.

great little mop  tried quite a few of these and failed over the last year or so. So far this one has lasted the longest and was not the dearest or the most well known make. In fact I had never heard of it but went by other peoples reviews and glad I did. It's still going strong although I do need to buy some replacement cloths as the velcro is losing it's grip a bit.
Great but hopefully next model will be improved  Definitely cleans really really well, easily and fast. Couldn't be without it now. Only negative is handheld it's quite heavy and difficult to keep at correct position for steam production and also hose attachment could be longer. Ideally you would want to leave it standing (it doesn't stand alone) and have a long enough hose attachment so there would be no heavy or awkward lifting at all. Learn more

Well pleased   Best steam washer I have ever had, my third others broke quite quickly. Does the job - don't wait for water to heat up use hot water to fill. I have two dogs who love to run in the mud - I need this washer!
Mixed Feelings  After seeing all the positive ratings and reviews, I finally decided to buy this steamer. I've only used it on my bathroom tiles and the flooring so far and my feelings about how good it actually is are slightly mixed. Part of this is probably because I was expecting it to have everything looking like new and it didn't. The tiles looked a lot better, but I was less impressed with the Karcher's performance on the floor. I steamed away at some stubborn marks, expecting them to disappear and was disappointed when they didn't. And the floor took ages to dry. Also, the larger cloths don't fit the floor attachment as snugly as I thought they would, though granted, they didn't fall off while I was cleaning. On the up side, the Karcher is light, yet sturdy and has a long enough lead to get to all the places I need it to. I like the fact that all the attachments slot into the unit, so that you can chop and change them, as you go along. I suppose because I know the floor has been steam cleaned, it feels cleaner than when I use do the same job with a mop and bucket. And speaking of mops, I also find using the Karcher a lot less tiring than using a mop. So, even for that reason alone, I don't regret buying it. Just one tip... after I finished using it for the first time, I found that I couldn't unscrew the stopper to empty the water tank. The trick is to make sure the Karcher is off and then keep pressing the steam button repeatedly for a few minutes. This releases the pressure in the water tank, allowing you to unscrew the stopper. Oh and be careful, it is HOT!

Small on size big on cleaning  Excellent stream cleaner and well worth every penny. I just moved into a new house that was filthy dirty, the steam cleaner was a dream. For such a small machine is really packs a blast and left me knowing that every surface was truly clean and hygienic. I had a steam cleaner many years ago whilst living in Germany and I had forgotten how good a steamer cleaner is at doing the job and how addictive they are, once you get going you'll want to steam clean every possible surface in your house. Steam Cleaning Queen! A steam cleaner had been on my wish list for a while so when I spotted this as a lightning deal I decided to order.Expected arrival date was Xmas Eve and my husband was concerned that I might start steaming everything in sight when there were other things to organise for the 25th.However, it arrived a day early so by Xmas Eve I had steamed every floor surface several times! Well I needed to test use of steam alone v use with detergent provided didn't I? I am very impressed and find that the steam alone is fine for basic cleaning of floors which is all I have done so far.
Next I intend to refer to the guide and start making use of the other tools that were included. Think cleaning grout in between tiles is first on the list.
I would certainly recommend this cleaner and if you can buy it at a special price it's even better!

Love this!  Love this!!! I live in a pretty old terraced house that gets pretty dusty and have a staff breed dog and a cat so needed a great steam cleaner, really is amazing and easy to use and clean after, gets dirt off my rug really well and does just about every chore. Buy it!!! U wont regret it ... Sooo worth the money

Great for floors... Not much else.  Great for floors, not much else. Cleans our tiled floor really well (we have two dogs so it needs it) and it dries super quick. I followed the instructions and gave it a bit of steam every few seconds rather than hold the trigger all the time. You have to click the detergent capsule in really firmly though as the first couple of times I used it it didn't work because I hadn't done that. I have tried it on shower doors and it's useless, ditto for the other attachments. But if you need floors cleaned quickly and effectively it's great. Learn more
